About Verdley
Verdley was set up by Kate Owens in 2015, when Kate planted the first batch of seeds at her cottage garden in Verdley Wood, West Sussex.
Before establishing the business, Kate worked as an artist and photographer, exhibiting work at galleries in London, New York and Liverpool.
In the early days, Verdley was all about celebrating the wild beauty of fresh flowers and foliage.
As Verdley continues to grow, Kate applies her passion for sustainable, elegant design to curate a collection of houseplants, pots, homewares, gifts, books, artwork and anything else that catches her eye.

Verdley Flowers
We combine home-grown, foraged, and market-fresh flowers to make stunning bunches and bouquets.
We also sell a wide range of British-grown perennials, bedding plants, annuals, shrubs, houseplants and beautiful pots and planters - including handmade sustainable pots sourced from Italy and Denmark.
You can buy our plants, flowers, pots and planters, at the Verdley shop or the Cowdray Farm Shop in Midhurst, West Sussex.
